AdsPlayers.com Terms of Service
AdsPlayers.com is free to register for everyone that has a valid email address and daily access to an Internet connection. You will also need a PayPal account to receive the funds you have worked for (probably other payment systems will be added in the future too).As stated on our FAQ page, you are allowed to have only one account. If a user has multiple accounts, all will be closed and the user will lose all the benefits. We currently have in place systems that do not allow members to create multiple accounts, but this needs to be written down.
AdsPlayers will NOT transfer to third parties the information members or advertisers have in their account, like email addresses, physical addresses, number and amount of advertiser payments or other information. Some information will be available for other members as a proof of monthly payments.
AdsPlayers does not guarantee, expressed or implied, the amount you will be earning. It only depends on you if you will make the effort for 15 minutes per day to read the advertising messages. The products or services offered by AdsPlayers will not be considered securities, stocks, bonds or investment products of any kind.
Advertisers who purchase ad packages on AdsPlayers understand that this is a program where members' action is essential. AdsPlayers guarantees that the system will automatically send the ad to the number of users coresponding to each ad package, and the targeting involved. AdsPlayers however cannot guarantee that the members who read the ads will perform the desired action (e.g. visiting the URL included in the ad). AdsPlayers will not be made responsible for any type of damages that arise from AdsPlayers or the Terms of Service agreement. AdsPlayers does not make any warranty regarding member accounts or products or services offered or advertised on AdsPlayers. The links published by advertisers will be viewed by members at their own risk. AdsPlayers does not check these links if they can harm your computer and does not assume any responsibility related to that.
Since there is an automatic system that is publishing the ads to members' Inbox, all the purchases on AdsPlayers will be considered final and non-refundable. AdsPlayers does not guarantee, expressed or implied, your earning potential resulting from products, services of any kind purchased from AdsPlayers. The completion of any order / purchase represents your agreement with the Terms of Service published on this page.
Please note that spamming is strictly forbidden. If we will receive complaints that our members have sent unsolicited emails to persons whom they do not know or did not express the intention to receive such messages it is against our policy and we have the right to disable the account immediately and the funds will be lost. Any attempt to fraud AdsPlayers system, in any possible way, will determine the account to be disabled and the existing funds in member account to be canceled.
AdsPlayers automatic system is created to work smoothly at any user or server load. However, since the system depends on several factors such as installed server, bandwidth and other suppliers we cannot guarantee that the system will work without errors or inactive time periods, and we are not liable for any consequences deriving from that.
Advertising messages published on AdsPlayers can be stopped from publishing in members' Inbox at any time. We will check each ad manually to insure that there are no viruses or scripts that can harm your computer, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals, discriminatory or websites that promote hate, child pornography or any other illegal activity.
Please note that the Terms of Service for AdsPlayers are subject to change at any given time.
